Are all your products made to order?
Yes! Most of our treats are freshly made to order to ensure top quality and freshness. We recommend placing your order in advance to guarantee availability.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 24-48 hours in advance, depending on the product. For custom cakes or large orders, we suggest ordering at least 5-7 days ahead to ensure availability.
Do you offer same-day pickup or delivery?
Since most of our products are made to order, we currently do not offer same-day service. However, occasionally, we have a selection of bestsellers available for same-day pickup. Feel free to contact us to check availability!
Do you offer delivery?
No, we do not offer delivery for any of our products. However, you can conveniently pick up your order directly from our designated pickup truck at the scheduled time and location.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We specialize in custom cakes, personalized desserts, and special event treats. If you have a vision, we’ll bring it to life! Contact us to discuss details and pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering to confirm your order.
How should I store my desserts?
Each product comes with specific storage instructions, but in general:

Cookies & pastries: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for longer freshness.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a selection of gluten-free options available. However, please note that while we take precautions, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility, so there may be traces of gluten. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before placing an order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Since all items are made fresh to order, cancellations after this timeframe may not be refundable.
What happens if I receive my order and there is an issue?
We strive for 100% satisfaction! If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
